Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.
Download and install a Linux-compatible anti-malware software, such as Comodo, Avast or AVG.
Run a scan according to the program’s instructions. Once it’s complete, make note of the names of the viruses, and then delete them. Restart your machine if prompted.
Open your Web browser and navigate to the extensions and other browser add-on settings. In Chrome, click the “Settings” icon, select “Tools” and then “Extensions.” In Firefox, click the “Firefox” icon at the top of the window and select “Add-ons” from the menu. For Internet Explorer, click the gear icon at the top of the page, and select “Manage Add-ons.”
Delete any extensions that match the entries from the virus scan, anything you don’t recognize, and add-ons that are often the source of redirects, such as search assistants and toolbars.
Restart your browser to save the changes.
Advanced Installation Process
Uninstall the antivirus program if you receive an error message during installation or when trying to perform a scan.
Download the GCC compiler package and RedirFS (see links in Resources). These tools allow the antivirus programs to communicate with the computer.
Install the GCC package and reinstall the antivirus software.
Cut the RedirFS driver.tar file from the download folder and then navigate to the antivirus’s installation directory. Delete the original “driver.tar” file and replace it with the RedirFS file.
Open a terminal and run “/opt/Antivirus Program Directory Path/post_setup.sh” to complete the configuration process and resolve any issues.
